Sell the phone team we built for our own restaurants.

Nisra was built by multi-unit Subway operators in San Diego who were tired of missing their own calls. Maya, our AI voice agent, now answers the phone for franchise restaurants across the country, and our campaigns win back their catering customers under their own name. We are hiring the people who put Maya into the next thousand stores.

Operators first
We run the stores we sell to
Nisra started as the tool for our own Subways. Every rep hears Maya take a real order in week one.
Remote
US and India
The customers are American restaurant owners, so the working day is US business hours wherever you sit.
Results
Tracked, not hours
Sales roles are independent contracts measured on booked sessions and closed stores, not time at a desk.

Role-plays with Rahul and the team in your first week; live dials only once you are ready.

Sales Closer — AI for Restaurant Franchises

United States Remote Independent contractor Uncapped commission

You take a franchise owner from “what is this?” to a signed store. The leads come from our ads, from owners who dialled Maya themselves, and from your own prospecting into multi-unit operators. You run the demo, handle the objections and close.

What you will do

  • Work inbound leads the same day they arrive: an owner who filled in the form or called Maya is the highest-intent lead we ever get.
  • Run Maya demos on video and on the phone, and show the operator what a missed call costs them.
  • Prospect multi-unit operators in your territory: franchisee groups, not corporate.
  • Keep the pipeline honest in our CRM: every touch logged, every lost reason written down.
  • Hand a closed store to onboarding with everything they need to go live.

What we look for

  • You have sold to small-business owners before, ideally restaurants, POS, food distribution or hospitality software.
  • Comfortable on an outbound call to a stranger about money, all day.
  • You can hold a price and say no to a discount, warmly.
  • Independent: you set your own day and report on results.
  • Nice to have: you have run a restaurant, or you know what a half-tray feeds.
Contract role, paid on results. We go through the terms on a call once we know your work. Also listed on Wellfound.

Independent Sales Agent — India, US market

India Remote Independent contractor US business hours

You sell Nisra to American franchise restaurant owners from India, by phone, WhatsApp and email. The pitch is simple: their phone rings, nobody answers, the order goes elsewhere. Maya fixes that, and you book the session that shows them.

What you will do

  • Work a named lead list from our CRM board: WhatsApp first, then a call the same day or next.
  • Book demo sessions with owners and, once trained, run them yourself.
  • Hit a daily rhythm of touches, dials and real conversations, and report it.
  • Follow our outreach rules to the letter: call windows in the prospect's local time, stop means stop.
  • Train with the existing India team in your first week before you dial a live lead.

What we look for

  • Clear, warm spoken English with US customers: comprehensible and confident, not accent-perfect.
  • International B2B sales or an international voice process background is an edge.
  • Willing to work US Pacific business hours, which is a night shift in India. We say so up front because it is the job.
  • Accurate under time pressure and honest in the CRM without being chased.
  • A self-starter who is motivated by results and comfortable working remotely.
Commission-based independent contractor agreement, signed electronically before you start. Terms are discussed on a call, not here.

Sales Lead — own and scale the motion

United States Remote Player-coach

We have paying multi-unit customers, a lead engine and a small remote sales team. We need the person who owns the number: closes the biggest accounts themselves and builds the playbook the rest of the team runs.

What you will do

  • Carry your own quota on multi-unit franchise groups while coaching the agents.
  • Turn what works into the script, the cadence and the targets the team is measured on.
  • Run first-round interviews and training for new sales hires.
  • Report pipeline and close rate to the founder weekly, with the lost reasons.

What we look for

  • A track record of beating quota selling software or services to restaurants or other small-business owners.
  • You have been a player-coach before: closing and managing at the same time.
  • You like a small company where the founder is on the next call with you.
Structure and terms are set with the founder once we have talked about your work.

How we hire

The interview is the job: every stage happens on a voice call, because that is where the work happens.

You apply

An email with a few lines on what you have sold and to whom. A CV or LinkedIn link is enough.

A call with the sales team

Thirty minutes with one of our reps. We are listening for how you sound to a restaurant owner.

A call with Rahul

The founder. Expect questions about your numbers and a short role-play.

Agreement

An independent contractor agreement, signed electronically, with the documents we need from you.

Training week

Call Maya yourself, role-plays, listen-ins. You do not dial a live lead in week one.

Who does well here

The people who thrive are not the smoothest talkers. They are the ones who call back when they said they would.

  • You pick up the phoneThirty touches and twenty dials is a normal day, and you would rather talk than type.
  • You know restaurantsYou have worked in one, sold to one, or run one. You know the lunch rush is not the time to call.
  • You keep the board honestA lost deal with the reason written down is worth more to us than a fake open one.

Not the right role yet?

We are a small team and the roles change as the product does. If you are good at something we will need, tell us what it is. We read every one of these.
