About These Terms
By The Earth Living LLC, doing business as Nisra ("we," "us," or "our"), operates the Nisra platform and the Maya AI voice agent service. These Terms of Service govern your use of nisra.ai and your participation in the Maya operational SMS notification program.
By using our services or opting in to SMS notifications, you agree to these terms.
SMS Program — Maya Operational Notifications
Description: Real-time SMS notifications sent to restaurant managers and staff at Subway franchise locations when Maya, our AI voice agent, captures inbound phone orders, missed calls, or catering leads.
What we collect
Phone number, full name, role (e.g., Store Manager, Shift Lead, Owner/Operator), and store location. Opt-in is recorded with timestamp, IP address, and the exact consent language displayed at enrollment.
How we use it
SMS data is used solely to deliver operational notifications — new orders, missed calls, catering leads, and manager callback requests. No marketing or promotional content is ever sent through this program.
Eligibility & opt-in
The program is available to managers and staff at Subway franchise locations served by Nisra. To receive notifications you must:
- Be a current employee, manager, or owner at a participating store
- Complete the digital onboarding consent form with affirmative checkbox opt-in
- Provide a valid U.S. mobile phone number capable of receiving SMS
Consent is not a condition of employment or purchase. You may opt out at any time.
Frequency
Up to 10 messages per recipient per day. Messages are triggered by real-time events at your store location captured by Maya.
Message & data rates
Msg & Data Rates May Apply. Standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply to all SMS messages sent and received under this program.
Opt-out
Reply STOP to any message at any time. You'll receive a single confirmation and no further messages will be sent.
To resubscribe after opting out, reply START to the program number.

Privacy
We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number with third parties for marketing purposes. SMS data is used solely to deliver operational notifications under this program. For full details on how we collect and use your information, see our Privacy Policy.
Supported Carriers
The Maya Operational Notifications program is compatible with all major U.S. wireless carriers. Carrier support may vary. By The Earth Living LLC is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Nisra platform for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or interfere with our infrastructure
- Share access credentials or impersonate another recipient
- Use Maya or the SMS notification program to send unsolicited content
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the platform or the SMS notification program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. The date at the top of this page indicates when terms were last updated.
