Last updated: May 26, 2026

Overview

Nisra, Inc. ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Nisra platform, including the nisra.ai website and the Maya AI voice agent service. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information in connection with our services.

By using our services or opting in to SMS notifications, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us, including:

We also collect technical information such as IP addresses, browser type, and usage data through standard web analytics.

SMS Notifications Program

Maya Operational Notifications — Nisra, Inc.
Restaurant managers and staff at Subway franchise locations receive SMS notifications when Maya captures inbound phone orders, missed calls, or catering leads. Recipients must affirmatively opt in before receiving any messages.

What we collect

For SMS recipients we collect: phone number, full name, role (e.g., Store Manager, Shift Lead, Owner/Operator), and store location. Each opt-in is recorded with timestamp, IP address, and the exact consent language displayed at the time of enrollment.

How we use it

SMS data is used solely to deliver operational notifications — new orders, missed calls, catering leads, and manager callback requests. No marketing or promotional content is ever sent through this program. We do not sell or share phone numbers with third parties for any purpose.

Frequency

Up to 10 messages per recipient per day. Standard message and data rates may apply.

Opt-out

Reply STOP to any message to cancel at any time. You'll receive a single confirmation and no further messages will be sent. Alternate opt-out keywords are also supported: STOPALL, CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, REVOKE.

Help

Reply HELP to any message, or email support@nisra.ai.

How We Use Your Information

We do not sell your personal information for money. We do, however, share website usage data with advertising platforms as described below, which California law may treat as “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising. You can opt out at any time: Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information.

Data Sharing

We share information only with service providers who help us operate our platform:

Each provider is bound by their own privacy policies and data processing agreements.

Analytics and advertising

Our website uses analytics and advertising technologies that share website usage data — such as pages viewed, IP address, device and browser information, and actions like submitting the demo form or clicking a call link — with the following providers:

These technologies do not receive the contents of phone calls, call transcripts, or SMS recipient data. You can limit this collection through your browser settings, an ad blocker, or your device's advertising controls.

Your California Privacy Rights

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the CPRA, gives you specific rights over your personal information.

Sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising

We do not sell personal information for monetary consideration. The advertising technologies described above — the Meta Pixel and Google Ads tags — receive website usage data, and this may constitute “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising under California law.

You can opt out at any time: Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information. We also honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal automatically.

We do not share Maya voice agent data — call recordings, transcripts, or catering order details — or SMS program data with advertising platforms, and we do not knowingly share the personal information of anyone under 16.

Categories we collect and disclose

Identifiers and internet activity are disclosed to the analytics and advertising providers named above. The remaining categories are disclosed only to the service providers listed under Data Sharing, for the purposes described there.

Your rights

To exercise any of these, email support@nisra.ai with the subject “California Privacy Request”. We will verify your request against information we already hold and respond within the timeframes required by law. An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf with written permission.

Data Retention

We retain call logs, lead data, and order information for up to 12 months to support operational needs and improve our services. SMS consent records are retained for the duration of the opt-in and for 4 years thereafter to comply with carrier requirements.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

To exercise these rights, contact us at support@nisra.ai.

Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted data transmission (HTTPS), access controls, and secure cloud infrastructure. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
