Privacy Policy
Nisra, Inc. — operator of the Maya AI voice platform at nisra.ai.
Overview
Nisra, Inc. ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Nisra platform, including the nisra.ai website and the Maya AI voice agent service. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information in connection with our services.
By using our services or opting in to SMS notifications, you agree to this Privacy Policy.
Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly to us, including:
- Name and phone number (captured via Maya voice agent, web forms, or SMS opt-in)
- Email address (via demo request forms)
- Role and store location (for SMS opt-in by Subway franchise staff)
- Business information (franchise brand, number of stores)
- Call recordings and transcripts processed through Maya
- Catering order details and customer intent data
We also collect technical information such as IP addresses, browser type, and usage data through standard web analytics.
SMS Notifications Program
Restaurant managers and staff at Subway franchise locations receive SMS notifications when Maya captures inbound phone orders, missed calls, or catering leads. Recipients must affirmatively opt in before receiving any messages.
What we collect
For SMS recipients we collect: phone number, full name, role (e.g., Store Manager, Shift Lead, Owner/Operator), and store location. Each opt-in is recorded with timestamp, IP address, and the exact consent language displayed at the time of enrollment.
How we use it
SMS data is used solely to deliver operational notifications — new orders, missed calls, catering leads, and manager callback requests. No marketing or promotional content is ever sent through this program. We do not sell or share phone numbers with third parties for any purpose.
Frequency
Up to 10 messages per recipient per day. Standard message and data rates may apply.
Opt-out
Reply STOP to any message to cancel at any time. You'll receive a single confirmation and no further messages will be sent. Alternate opt-out keywords are also supported: STOPALL, CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, REVOKE.
Help
Reply HELP to any message, or email support@nisra.ai.
How We Use Your Information
- To deliver Maya voice agent services and SMS operational alerts
- To capture and route catering leads to store managers
- To respond to demo requests and sales inquiries
- To improve our AI models and service quality
- To comply with legal obligations
We do not sell your personal information for money. We do, however, share website usage data with advertising platforms as described below, which California law may treat as “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising. You can opt out at any time: Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information.
Data Sharing
We share information only with service providers who help us operate our platform:
- Supabase — database hosting and storage
- Twilio — SMS delivery
- SendGrid — email notifications
- Retell AI — voice agent infrastructure
- ElevenLabs — voice synthesis
Each provider is bound by their own privacy policies and data processing agreements.
Analytics and advertising
Our website uses analytics and advertising technologies that share website usage data — such as pages viewed, IP address, device and browser information, and actions like submitting the demo form or clicking a call link — with the following providers:
- Google — Google Analytics and Google Ads conversion measurement
- Meta Platforms — Meta Pixel and Conversions API, used to measure the performance of our Facebook and Instagram advertising and to reach relevant audiences
- Cloudflare — website hosting and delivery
These technologies do not receive the contents of phone calls, call transcripts, or SMS recipient data. You can limit this collection through your browser settings, an ad blocker, or your device's advertising controls.
Your California Privacy Rights
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the CPRA, gives you specific rights over your personal information.
Sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising
We do not sell personal information for monetary consideration. The advertising technologies described above — the Meta Pixel and Google Ads tags — receive website usage data, and this may constitute “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising under California law.
We do not share Maya voice agent data — call recordings, transcripts, or catering order details — or SMS program data with advertising platforms, and we do not knowingly share the personal information of anyone under 16.
Categories we collect and disclose
- Identifiers — name, phone number, email address, IP address, and online identifiers such as cookie IDs
- Commercial information — franchise brand, number of stores, catering order details
- Internet activity — pages viewed, referring source, and interactions with our site
- Audio information — call recordings and transcripts processed through Maya
Identifiers and internet activity are disclosed to the analytics and advertising providers named above. The remaining categories are disclosed only to the service providers listed under Data Sharing, for the purposes described there.

- Non-discrimination — we will not deny service, charge different prices, or provide a different level of service because you exercised these rights
To exercise any of these, email support@nisra.ai with the subject “California Privacy Request”. We will verify your request against information we already hold and respond within the timeframes required by law. An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf with written permission.
Data Retention
We retain call logs, lead data, and order information for up to 12 months to support operational needs and improve our services. SMS consent records are retained for the duration of the opt-in and for 4 years thereafter to comply with carrier requirements.
